How Much Does a Photo Booth Rental Cost in 2026?

A professionally run photo booth rental costs $350 to $1,200 in 2026, depending on booth type, hours, and prints. Most companies make you request a quote to learn that; we publish our prices. Every number below is our real rate, and it's the pricing we run at hundreds of Louisiana events a year.

The variables that move the price

  • Hours. More hours cost more, but placement matters more than duration; three well-placed hours beat five lazy ones. Our duration guide does the math by guest count.
  • Printing. Prints add hardware, media, and an attendant to manage them, the main gap between $350 digital and $500+ print booths. Package tier sets print volume, unlimited at the top.
  • Travel. Local events carry no fee; farther trips do. How our travel pricing works.
  • Backdrops. Standard backdrops are included on print packages; custom printed backdrops are add-ons, and you keep them.
  • Branding. Logo overlays come standard; vinyl booth wraps, sponsor layouts, and data capture are priced by scope for corporate activations.
  • Date pressure. Prices hold year-round, but spring and fall Saturdays sell out; booking early buys choice, not discounts.

Why quotes vary so much between companies

Photo booth quotes range from $200 to $2,000 for what sounds like the same thing. The spread is what's behind the booth: an unattended iPad on a ring light versus a professional camera, studio lighting, an attendant all night, in-house design, and insurance a venue will accept. Our guide to what a rental should include lists the five questions that expose a thin quote.
