By accessing or using the services provided by Ohh Snap! Photo Booth, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Our services are designed to create memorable experiences, and your trust is important to us. Please review these terms carefully.
Use of Services
- Agreement: By using our photo booth services, you agree to these terms and any additional agreements provided at the time of booking.
- Third-Party Services: Ohh Snap! Photo Booth may utilize third-party services such as Flodesk, Wonder Chat, Paperforms, and Square to provide certain features. These services may collect and process user information in accordance with their privacy policies.
Media Usage and Consent
- Captured Media: By participating in events where Ohh Snap! Photo Booth services are used, you grant the right to license, use, reproduce, and distribute any media captured (photos, GIFs, videos, etc.) for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified in writing.
- Promotional Use: Contact information collected through our services may be used for promotional communications. Users can opt out of future communications at any time.
User Data and Privacy
- Data Collection: Information collected via our contact forms, galleries, or event platforms may include names, emails, and phone numbers. This data is only used internally to improve our services or communicate with users.
- Gallery Access: To view or download gallery images, users may be required to provide an email address. Guests may receive follow-up communications, which they can opt out of at any time.
Booking and Payment
- Reservations: A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event.
- Cancellations and Rescheduling: All cancellations and rescheduling requests must comply with the terms outlined in your contract. Additional fees may apply for date changes.
- Damages: Clients are responsible for any damages to Ohh Snap! Photo Booth equipment caused by event attendees.
Service Conditions
- Setup and Space Requirements: A level 10'x10' space with access to a 110v, 10-amp, 3-prong outlet is required for all photo booth setups. Outdoor setups must be covered and protected from weather.
- Safety: Ohh Snap! Photo Booth reserves the right to cease services if the safety of staff or equipment is compromised.
- No Liability: Ohh Snap! Photo Booth is not responsible for loss or damage to captured media due to unforeseen circumstances, such as acts of God or equipment malfunction.
Intellectual Property
- Ownership: Ohh Snap! Photo Booth retains all rights to the captured media unless explicitly stated otherwise in your agreement.
- Custom Content: Custom backdrops, layouts, and other creative work provided remain the intellectual property of Ohh Snap! Photo Booth unless purchased separately.
Changes to Terms
Ohh Snap! Photo Booth reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website.
