Do Photo Booths Need an Attendant?

Ours come with one. A trained attendant is included with our Portrait, Glam, and 360 booths for the entire rental. It’s not an upsell; it’s the difference between a booth and equipment.

What the attendant actually does all night:

1. Runs the equipment, so prints keep flowing, lighting stays right, and nothing sits broken for an hour before anyone notices.
2. Keeps the line moving, cycling groups through without rushing them, which is how a booth serves a few hundred guests in one evening.
3. Pauses and reopens the booth around your program, closing for wedding toasts, gala appeals, and Mardi Gras tableaus so the booth never competes with your event’s real moments.
4. Keeps it safe, which on the 360 booth is non-negotiable: guests are stepping onto a platform with a rotating camera arm.

Unattended booths exist, that’s the drop-off “selfie station” end of the market, and for a casual party they can be fine. But by hour two, an unattended booth is usually a crooked backdrop with a frozen screen. See what’s included with each of our booths, side by side.
