Setup, travel, and venue logistics

  • Travel: Lafayette and the surrounding area are our home base, so there's no travel fee inside it; here's how travel works farther out.
  • Setup: we arrive before your event and handle load-in, setup, and teardown ourselves; setup details here. Downtown venues with tight parking and elevator load-ins are routine for us.
  • Insurance: many Lafayette venues require a certificate of insurance from vendors, and we provide one on request.
  • Placement: we plan booth placement with your coordinator; chances are we've already worked your room.
