Yes, we provide a certificate of insurance whenever your venue, school, or organization requires one. Let us know during booking and we'll send the documentation promptly. Most large festivals, schools, and corporate venues require proof of insurance from vendors as a standard part of their rental agreement.
Yes, we travel throughout South Louisiana and beyond, with photo booth experiences delivered as far as Houston and Mississippi weddings. Travel fees depend on distance from Lafayette, the rental's run time, and any setup logistics like overnight stays. Fill out a quote request for accurate pricing for your event.
Pick a backdrop that matches your event's theme, color scheme, and venue style. Our rental packages include several handpicked options, with premium upgrades available, flower walls, balloon walls, custom-printed backdrops, and green screens. Not sure which fits? We'll help you choose.
Yes, we work with you on rescheduling, but the original date is reserved exclusively for you, so once it's booked it's no longer available to other clients. Most reschedule requests carry a fee to offset the lost date, and once a new date is confirmed, your full booking transfers to that day.

Yes, as long as we don't have another booking immediately after yours and our team is available. Let your Ohh Snap attendant know mid-event; they'll confirm with headquarters, approve the extension, and process payment on the spot. When possible, mention longer windows during booking to lock in the time.
Our team typically arrives one hour before your scheduled run time to set up and test all equipment. Early setup is available as an add-on if you'd prefer the booth ready sooner, but the standard arrival window covers most events without needing extra coordination.
Yes, we need access to a power outlet near the setup, a minimum of 10x10 feet of indoor or covered space (20x20 for the 360 Booth), and a dressed table for props. Reliable cell service helps everything run smoothly, though we can provide our own Wi-Fi if needed.
Watermarks appear on photos shared publicly because other photo booth companies have used our images for their own marketing. If you booked the booth, you'll receive a unique download pin that gives you full-resolution, watermark-free access to every photo from your event.
